How can we book Xperient?  

Please go to our contact page and send us a message with details of your enquiry or call us on 07983 563145 for a chat.

We will always, in the first instance, endeavour to meet with you to discuss your requirements in more detail if possible.  Commercial arrangements, dates and fees can be negotiated at this stage.

 

What does it cost me to call you for an initial phone consultation?  

Absolutely nothing!!!  We welcome your call and will be happy to help you to identify training needs and explore options over the phone. There will be no charge for this initial consultation.

What are your terms and conditions?  

Most queries about our standard terms and conditions can be satisfied by finding the relevant answer within the FAQ's on this page. If you would like to download a copy of our standard terms and conditions, then please click on the PDF link at the top of the page and select 'Xperient Terms and Conditions'.

What fees do you charge?  

Fee levels will be agreed at the time of booking.  For event delivery, this is agreed at a daily rate per consultant, facilitator or role-player plus expenses (where appropriate) plus VAT.

For some events outside of the UK or away from home, the fee quoted may include a ‘capped’ amount for travel and per diem costs. In such circumstances it may be agreed that no receipts for these capped expenses will be submitted. 

Certain training courses may be available to purchase at an 'off the shelf' price to be agreed at the time of booking. Bespoke training events will be subject to fees for research and design.
