Xperient have worked with us on our Potential Partner Development centre since it began in 2009.  They have worked hard to understand what we want to achieve, are proactive in seeking feedback and flexible in their approach.  The roleplayers they supply for the simulated meetings need to absorb detailed factual scenarios, flex their response depending on the associate's approach and deliver feedback following the meetings.  They also need to project credibility in senior roles – e.g. General Counsel, Managing director etc.  They do this well.  Some of the roleplayers also work with our associates on skills development workshops on the second day of the programme.
