“I started out my professional life as a junior IT team leader for the Ministry of Defence and a City Marine Insurance Company. Then at the age of 25 I followed a personal passion to study at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School for three years and enjoyed a successful second career as a professional actor.

“During my years as an actor, I started to work in the corporate world as a roleplayer and felt very comfortable bringing the skills I had learnt in business together with my creative flair. Over the years that followed, I went from bringing straight-forward roleplay scenarios to life to playing complex roles in full business simulations. I felt an affinity with the world of professional development and particularly giving feedback to delegates and helping them to reach a greater level of self-awareness. I decided to concentrate my efforts on developing a full-time career within the world of people development and my third career took off.
